We send you an automated Order Confirmation email immediately upon receiving payment. You will also get an email from our online bank - WorldPay - to confirm the transaction was successful. If you do not get your order confirmation email it is possible you have entered your email address incorrectly, in which case simply email us at admin at treasureyourhealth.co.uk and we will reply with a copy of your Order Confirmation.24 Hour Order Processing
On a normal working day all orders received by midday will be posted that afternoon. Orders received later than midday will be posted the following afternoon.Orders placed after midday on Friday, at the weekend, or on a UK national holiday will be posted on the next working day.
How Your Order is Sent
By default most orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 delivery, so will usually be with you in 2 - 3 working days after we post them. If you require your order more quickly then please ask us for a free upgrade to Royal Mail 24 which is a 1 - 2 working day delivery service.Orders over the Royal Mail Small Parcel weight limit of 2Kg may be split into 2 or more parcels, or alternatively may be sent by courier (usually by ParcelForce). Courier delivery will require a signature. Our "Your Order is on its way" email will give you the tracking details should your delivery be by courier.
