48 Hour Processing
Processing Your Order
We will process your order within 48 hours. Processing involves checking the order for any problems such as invalid/incomplete delivery address or problems flagged by your credit card bank such as an invalid cardholder address. If there are any problems we will telephone you at the phone number you entered when purchasing, or we will email you if you left no contact telephone number.The order is then passed to our Post and Packing department.
Shipping Your Order
We will have your order in the post or with a courier within 48 hours. The only exceptions are public holidays and orders received late on Friday which will be posted or handed to our courier on Monday morning. Many orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.Please note that occassionally we may send your order as more than one package.
Most orders will be sent using the normal postal service. However our exotic fruit juices are heavy and it is uneconomical to send them by post. Our exotic fruit juices are sent by courier and will need to be signed for when they arrive. Please feel free to add a neighbour's house number as an alternative delivery address in case you are not at home when the delivery is attempted. Simply add this information to the bottom of the delivery address when paying at the checkout.
Our couriers take 1 or 2 working days to deliver. If you are not at home and they have not had instructions to leave your parcel with a neighbour our courier will post you a card through your letterbox. This will confirm attempted delivery and give you a phone number that you can call to arrange further delivery at a convenient time when someone will be home.
