Your Rights Under EU Regulations

As a consumer you have the right under EU regulations to cancel within seven days of the receipt of your order. Repayment will be made in full on return of the goods ordered in their original condition. Returns should be made to the following address:

The Treasure Your Health Extended 30 Day Guarantee

We extend your guarantee to 30 days as follows. If you are unhappy in any way with the quality of the product(s) we supply you can request a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.

A full refund will be made on receipt of the goods ordered less any reasonable amount consumed within the 30 day period (ie consumed by the individual customer at the recommended daily usage).

For example if you purchase 4 months supply of a product and request a refund on quality grounds we would refund when the remaining 3 months supply were returned to us. This also gives us a chance to pass the returned product to our laboratory for testing if this is relevant. If the goods are found to be faulty then the cost of returning the goods will also be repaid to the customer.

Please note that the extended guarantee is for quality issues only. We cannot guarantee any beneficial health effect unless such a guarantee is specifically stated in the website product description.
