We work hard to ensure our customers are happy. We only sell quality products at great prices, and we try our best to give excellent service.

But in the event that something does go wrong we will do everything we can to correct our mistake and to leave you with a good opinion of Treasure Your Health.

Our 30-Day Returns/Refund Guarantee

The customer is always right. An old fashioned view, but one we subscribe to.

When you make a purchase from us you give us your trust and your hard earned money. We will ensure your trust is well earned.

If you decide within 30 days that you are unhappy with your purchase, inform us, return your goods, and we will return your money.

This 30 day no-quibble refund guarantee is applicable to all of our products.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund please inform us by email (admin@treasureyourhealth.co.uk) or by telephone on Freephone 0800 051 8388.

If you agree that we are not at fault, but you have some other reason for wanting to return some or all of your items purchased then we ask you to pay the cost of returning the unused goods, and we refund the unused items on a pro-rata basis.

If we are at any way at fault then we will refund you in full, and we will also pay for the cost of returning any unused items.

All refunds will be made against your purchase payment. We do not store any payment details (such as card details), but we do have the facility to refund against your payment.
