If you agree that we are not at fault, but you have some other reason for wanting to return some or all of your items purchased then we ask you to pay the cost of returning the unused goods, and we refund the unused items on a pro-rata basis.
If we are at any way at fault then we will refund you in full, and we will also pay for the cost of returning any unused items.
