Our bee pollen is sourced from the unspoilt mountainous regions of north western Spain using natural, organic bee-keeping methods to ensure the health of the bees and the purity of their pollen. The health of the bees is ensured and they are not harmed or disturbed from their natural routine. They are free to collect pollen from a wide variety of wildflowers including Cistucs, Rubus and Chestnut.
How Do I Use Bee Pollen?
We recommend using to one teaspoonful (5 grams) per day. Simply add your bee pollen granules to your cereal, to your favourite smoothie, or mix with water or fruit juice.
What is the Best Before Date?
The Best Before End (BBE) date for our current bee pollen stock is shown in the footer at the bottom of the purchase table.
A BBE date details when the product will start to lose quality. The bee pollen will last beyond its best before date if stored properly. A BBE date should not to be confused with a Use By date. A Use By date is required by food products which are unsafe to eat beyond that date.
