At 1,360iu per gram, our 400iu capsules provide 294mg of natural form Vitamin E, just below the daily upper limit of 300mg recommended by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).Unlike most fat-soluble vitamins, Vitamin E is stored for a relatively short period of time, so we need to regularly top up our levels.
Always choose the superior natural form of Vitamin E, d-Alpha Tocopherol, over the synthetic form, dl-Alpha Tocopherol, as it is better absorbed and more easily crosses the blood-brain barrier. Synthetic dl-alpha-tocopherol has only around half the potency of our natural d-alpha-tocopherol.
